CARNE DE RES = BEEF
1. aguayon = rump
2. agujas para cocinar = boiling beef
3. carne para asar = round steak
3. chambarete = hind shank
4. chambarete de mano = fore shank
5. concha rolled = flank steak
6. costillas = ribs
7. chuletas = rib steak
8. cuete = eye of round
